We met with Kendyl and appreciated that she was clear and concise. There was nothing unanswered and she had a lot of knowledge of the area. Everything during the sale of our house exceeded our expectations. I’ve enjoyed working with Carin and Simone and all the others. They were all very helpful. The whole process has been smooth. Kendyl and the staff at Diggs are approachable and are always accessible. I was confused at first with who to talk to about what but of course they send an email stating…this is who you deal with for this, that, etc. Selling your home is stressful enough on it’s own let alone all the contracts and negotiations.
They made this simple for us, first time sellers, they explained everything we were signing, helped guide us and discussed each step. I highly recommend DIggs, I already have in fact and will do so with anyone else that needs a realtor. Kendyl is very knowledgeable of the area and you can definitely tell she knows what she’s doing. I appreciate her being so organized and always honest, it put me at ease knowing we were in good hands.
You never want someone dealing with something so personal as this who is just out to make a buck and my husband and I never once felt that with Kendyl.
