I had met Kendyl at several of her open houses when I was looking in Glendale before buying — and she always has cute houses. Then I saw her sales statistics and how could we go wrong with that? Kendyl is a true professional – knowledgeable about her industry, the market, the people. One thing I particularly appreciated is that she is optimistic but also realistic — she gave us honest, fact-based information and then did her best to exceed our expectations — and we couldn’t be more pleased. We appreciated her good advice at every step of the way — how to market our home, what repairs to make (and not), what to expect from inspections, the buyers, their lender, etc. Everything was handled professionally, smoothly, seamlessly.
Kendyl and Simone were both wonderful to work with. Kendyl called us every Monday to check in and was always readily available when we had questions, big or small or in between, and Simone kept us updated as needed. Not a hitch or a hiccup anywhere in the process. IS IT ALWAYS THIS EASY TO SELL A HOUSE???? Truly we can’t imagine why anyone would choose agents other than Kendyl and DIGGS to sell their home.
