Before I met Carin Hoffman, I worked with two other agents from two different companies. The first one was not a go-getter and quite frankly kind of lazy. The second one was very impatient and snappy and I felt like I was walking on eggshells. Then Carin came into the picture and everything changed! She was patient and helpful and extremely knowledgeable, very hard-working and considerate and unbelievably friendly! I felt so safe in her hands and very taken care of- especially because this was my very first post purchase and emotions run high.
